Mr. Joe is coming back! Mr. Joe is a one-of-a-kind balloon entertainer for the Red Sox, Patriots and other Boston based businesses. He left an Emmy Award winning career in the local television news to pursue balloon design full time. He is now one of the best balloon artists on the east coast.
